Are you ready to kickstart your career in the world of data centers? As an Data Center Engineer trainee at Digital Realty, you’ll dive into an exciting 8 to 9-month program that’s all about learning the ropes to become a skilled, all-round Data Center Engineer.

For three days a week, you’ll work hands-on with a dynamic Data Center team alongside an experienced buddy, while the remaining two days are dedicated to technical training, individual assignments, and group projects.
